They've been a bit slow but I think the jars were packed a little too tight plus its winter, so I expected them to be a little slow. I wouldn't use that one, especially the part for rigging up an incubator, totally not required if you have at least 65F environment. Quick Reply. In my experience I have found that the most common PF Tek. first-flush yeild is about 3 grams dry with secondary flushes being slightly less each time. The secondary mushrooms are defently bigger. If you are using any sort of incubator i'de suggest you dunk the cakes pre-first-flush for increased yeilds. Psilocybe mexicana can be grown easily using the PF Tek or MMGG method with just a simple modification to the substrate. There are two substrates which should work pretty well.
