The dichotomy between these two approaches was both striking and instructive. More importantly, it made me realize we need to add another key date to the admission calendar. August 1- Many colleges open their application. October 1- FAFSA opens. November 1- EA/ED Deadlines at lots of colleges and universities.In a previous post one of the UGA staff said something about having leeway after 1/1 for score submission but I was wondering if there was a be all end all deadline. Thanks. David Graves • 3 years ago. Our deadline for scores is a request deadline, not an in office deadline, so requesting them by January 1 is fine.

Since the application deadline is 10/29, and since the document deadline is 10/29, there is no way we could release the in-state EA decisions by late October.
