Spoiled strike still only adding 50%. Condition overload makes spoiled strike laughable. Rivens easily add +50% or more damage. There are no more slots. Only remove hornet strike and serration when you are going for insurance runs. The qol of life of not needing stacks to kill things is going to outweigh the dps games on anything except steel path and grinder or corrupted going over a couple full reward rotations.
